All iPhone 15 Dummies Get Detailed Aesthetics Comparison In New Leak, Showing Camera Bump Difference, ‘Pro’ Models With Action Button & More-February 2024
Feb 12, 2026 6:29 AM

An image gallery of Apple’s entire iPhone 15 lineup in dummy form was given a side-by-side comparison, showing the minute design changes arriving to the four models. Naturally, the ‘Pro’ models will get exclusive features, which have been shown in the latest leak, so let us go in-depth and see what has changed.

Apart from the standard version of the iPhone 15, every other model features some cosmetic change

Apple has brought the Dynamic Island to all four iPhone 15 models, but that is a change that we have known about for quite a while. On Weibo, a user with the name ‘back and forth five thirty seven’ has uploaded a gallery showing life-like dummy versions of Apple’s upcoming iPhone family. The majority of the aesthetics remain the same, though the camera bump on the ‘Pro’ looks more prominent than it did on last year’s models. The iPhone 15 Plus has a unique yellow texture, but it is not confirmed whether this finish will be a part of the commercial launch.

One notable change arriving to the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max is the ‘action’ button, an addition that is also present on the Apple Watch Ultra and allows users to open up apps or customize certain functions with a single or few clicks. Sadly, the non-Pro versions will not get this button, which is clearly evident in the image, and will instead rely on a switch to mute the device. All four models will also ship with a USB-C port, but the underlying technology was not specified in the image.

However, for those that do not know, only the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will support the Thunderbolt standard, while the remaining two will be limited to USB 2.0 speeds. The Weibo user notes that the gray finish is high-quality, so it is only likely that this kind of effort will be ported to the actual units. Looking at these dummies, nothing extraordinary has changed, so we feel that only a small percentage of iPhone 14 owners will upgrade to the newer ones, with older iPhone model owners likely making up the bulk of those upgrades.

The exact purchasing frequency can only be known once all four iPhone 15 models are officially announced next week. To see what else will potentially launch on Apple’s September 12 Wanderlust event, we recommend checking out our detailed rumor roundup.
