During its opening keynote, Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced that Amazon Prime Video is coming to the Apple TV. Interestingly, not much detail wasshared other than that. But those who were holding back from switching to Apple TV just because of that reason, you may now jump ship with complete confidence that your favorite video streaming service will be on Cupertino's platform.

At this moment in time, it's unclear whether or not every single Prime Video feature will make its way onto tvOS. Whatever the case might be, we will be covering the announcement in more detail as information arrives on our doorstep.
