You might be wondering how HTC can reveal the android 4.3 features because Android is directly released to Google. We guessed from the Content of event page on http://www.sfandroid.org , in which HTC mentioned about Meetup that is taking place in San Francisco May 16, and they talked about providing an overview of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Open GL ES 3.0 . The line “Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on Android has arrived” make my guess stronger.

For those who don't know about Energy (BLE) and Open GL ES 3.0 features

BLE is Intended to provide considerably reduced power consumption and lower cost, While maintaining a similar communication rangeThe OpenGL ES 3.0 is the latest specification mobile graphics currently supported by the new Qualcomm chip.

This only the guess work from our side for confirmation we still need to wait 10 more days but the exciting point is only 10 days left in release of Android 4.3
