Apple's mobile payment service is gradually expanding to various regions. Today, the company has launched Apple Pay to Ireland with support from two if the largest banks of the country, KBC and Ulster bank. Apart from this, the support also comes from other banks as well which we will talk about later on. So lets dive in to see some more details on the launch.

Apple Pay Launched In Ireland With Support From KBC And Ulster Bank

Other then KBC and Ulster bank, Apple Pay in Ireland will also support Boon bank. This means that if you have an authorized Mastercard, you can integrate Apple Pay through the Boon bank. It's definitely good to see that Apple is gradually expanding its mobile payment service across the globe.

As for the list of retailers supporting Apple's mobile payment service at launch includes Boots, Aldi, Dunnes Stores, iConnect, Burger King, Insomnia, Harvey Norman, Lidi, Applegreen, Marks and Spencer, Amber Oil and Supervalu. In addition to this, applications which will make use of Apple Pay for in-app transactions include Deliveroo, Uber, easyJet, HotelTonight, Touchnote, Zara and ample others.

As we have mentioned earlier, the company is in works to expand its mobile payment service across the globe. Recently, Apple launched the service in countries like Spain, New Zealand as well as Japan. We will see Apple Pay's support expanding to other regions as well.
