Leading cooler manufacturer ARCTIC Cooling, has leaked the entire Intel Haswell (LGA1150) processor lineup list on its webpage. We had already revealed most of the processors in our previous report here, the new listing mentions fourth generation Core i3 models, Two Unlocked Core i7 processors and also the Core i7-3980X for LGA-2011 platform.
Intel Haswell Core i7 Processors:
The Intel Haswell lineup would include the Core i7-4770K as the flagship processor but it won't be the only "K" series unlocked chip available. Another Core i7 model 'Core i7-4670K' would be available to consumers but it would feature the GT2 graphics chip whereas the i7-4770K comes with HD 4600 IGP. Other Core i7 models are listed below:
Core i7-4770TCorei7-4770SCorei7-4770KCorei7-4770Corei7-4765TCorei7-4670TCorei7-4670SCore i7-4670KCorei7-4670
Core i7-4770K runs at 3.5 GHz base and 3.9 GHz Boost clock. The CPU would feature 8 MB L3 cache, HD 4600 (1250 MHz) series graphics and an unlocked design. The chipwould have a rated TDP of 84W which is higher compared to 77W on Ivy bridge based Core i7-3770K. Core i7-3770 would also feature the samespecificationsbut a lower base clock of 3.4 GHz and a locked multiplier design.
The low power Haswell CPU lineup comes with various TDP models ranging between 45-65W. The Core i7-4770S is the fastest with 3.10 GHz base and 3.90 GHz boost clock featuring a hyper-threaded design, 8 MB L3 cache and HD 4600 chip running at 1200 MHz with a rated TDP of 65W. The T-Suffix model comes with even low clock speed of 2.50 GHz till 3.7 GHz but has a lower rated TDP of 45W.
Intel Haswell Core i5 Processors:
On the Core i5 forefront, Intel would launch the Core i5-4570K as the flagship and would be the only Unlocked 'K' chip of the series. There are a handful of Core i5 models ranging from low power Core i5-4570S and low TDP Core i5-4570T. Full list of the Intel Haswell Core i5 processors can be seen below:
Core i5-4570TCorei5-4570SCorei5-4570KCorei5-4570Corei5-4550SCorei5-4550Corei5-4475SCorei5-4470TCorei5-4470SCorei5-4470Corei5-4450SCorei5-4450Core i5-4430SCorei5-4430Corei5-4350PCorei5-4330SCorei5-4330
The Core i5 lineup would consist of four parts, the fastest Core i5-4670K would be a quad core with base clock of 3.40 GHz and 3.80 GHz boost. The chipwould not be multi-threaded unlike the Core i7-4770K and would feature 6 MB L3 Cache, HD 4600 iGP (1200 MHz) and a rated TDP of 84W. The i5-4670 is the same model expect that it doesn’t come with Unlocked multiplier providing no overclocking. The i5-4570 has lower frequency of 3.2 GHz and 3.6 GHz and the IGP runs at 1150 MHz while the i5-4430 further pushes the clock speed down to 3.0 GHz and 3.2 GHz with IGP running at 1100 MHz. Other specification remain the same.
The Core i5-4670S is a quad core with hyper-threaded running at 3.10 GHz stock and 3.80 GHz boost with 6 MB L3 Cache, HD 4600 iGP at 1200 MHz and rated TDP of 65W whereas the 4670T has lower clock speeds but a TDP of only 45W. Other models can be seen in thespecificationschart posted above.
Intel Haswell Core i3 Processors:
The ARCTIC listing further reveals the 4th Generation Intel Haswell based Core i3 models which consists of five parts posted below:
Core i3-4240TCore i3-4240Core i3-4225Core i3-4220TCore i3-4220
We don't have any concrete details on the Core i3 lineup but they are to be based on dual core designs with TDP around 35-45W, Expect more details next month.
Intel Core i7-3980X - Return of the Champ?
Finally, we are quite amazed to see the Core i7-3980X processor on the listing. If you didn't know already, the i7-3980X was leaked a year ago and was meant to replace the i7-3960X as the flagship LGA2011 (Sandy Bridge-E) processor featuring8 Cores which would make it the first consumer Octacore Intel CPU. The clocks would fall under the followingfrequency-3.4-3.5Ghz with Turbo upto 4Ghz-4.1Ghz. It was planned to launch in Q3 2012 however Intel launched the i7-3970X instead in Q4. We can still hope that Intel launches its first consumer 8 Core during Q1 2013.
