We're just a week away from the iOS 13 GM download along with a bunch of news iPhones and Apple is still burning the midnight oil when it comes to providing updates to its beta software. Right now, if you're a registered developer with Apple, you can go ahead and download iOS 13.1 beta 2 and iPadOS 13.1 beta 2. Keep in mind that these are updates to the software that will likely be released later to the public and will stay in the prerelease stage for a significant period of time. But that does not mean in any way that you should skip on them as they are absolutely essential to iron out bugs, improve performance and even help with battery life.

Regardless of which beta you have currently installed it's highly recommended that you go ahead and download iOS 13.1 beta 2 and iPadOS 13.1 beta 2 right away.
