Samsung will be releasing the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 between August and September, and if all goes accordingly, we will also be getting some pretty decent wearables, along with new tablets. Now, so far, we have received some interesting detail about upcoming devices, but the latest information is more of a confirmation of sorts because an industry insider and specialist has revealed what colors Samsung will be chosen for its foldable phones.
Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be available in muted colors, with some Bespoke Edition offerings for the latter
Samsung has always been really great with colors, with the Galaxy S22 Ultra having this stunning Burgundy. However, with the Galaxy S23, Samsung decided to go with muted colors, and it now seems that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 are going to follow the same trend and have muted colors.
According to a tweet from Ross Young, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be available in Beige, Black, and Light Blue. And the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will be available in Beige, Gray, Light Green, and Light Pink, owing to the fact that the flip phone is more geared toward the younger generation.
Z Flip 5 Colors:
- Beige, Gray, Light Green and Light Pink
Z Fold 5 Colors:
Beige, Black and Light Blue
I am sure they will have some good flashy names when launched along with some bespoke and lower volume colors.

Young has also commented that Samsung will release some lower-volume colors and Bespoke Edition devices, which makes sense as this has become a trend for the company. As far as the Bespoke Edition devices are concerned, this is likely going to be only for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and not the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
Honestly, I am a bit disappointed in the color choice by Samsung this time around. The Galaxy S23 series launched with rather boring colors, with not a single color standing out. Sure, the red Galaxy S23 Ultra with black sides was something special, but it was one of the lower volume colors and not a part of the regular roster. Seems like Samsung has decided to go the same route with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Both phones are slated to be released between August and September. We will keep you posted as we hear more about these phones. You can expect some really good overall devices with the solid build quality, great cameras, and excellent performance. Let us know what features you are most excited to see in the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
