Since, your device is jailbreaked, you have already done half of the job. Thankfully, all you have to do is make use of this little tweak and you will be set to own the new iOS 9.1 emojison iOS 9.0.2.

Install iOS 9.1 EmojisOn iOS 9.0.2 Running Device

Users are then required to add this repoin Cydia:http://poomsmart.github.io/repo.Now install ''Emoji83+''. Make sure you don't download ''Emoji83 [BETA]. Once you have installed the above mentioned emoji pack, launch the BytaFont 2on your iOS 9.0.2 running device and tap on Swap Mode. Now, by selecting Emoji > EmOji_iOS 9.1, you will be prompted with the message ''Are you sure you want to proceed? If you proceed, your device will respring.'' Tap 'Yes' and that is it.

Even though the problem persists, you will be able to see iOS 9.1 emojison your iOS 9.0.2 running device. The bug restraing users from using iOS 9.2 emojisin some apps will soon be fixed via an update for the Emoji83+.
