A huge review detailing the recently leaked Intel Ivy Bridge Dual Core (EngineeringSample) Processor has been posted over at PCPOP.com. The CPU was benchmarked against the Clarkdale based Core i3 530 and Sandy Bridge Based i3 2100 CPU in various CPU/Gaming Benchmarks at same clock speeds.
Unlike the previously leaked sample which ran at 1.8Ghz (Detailed here), The new sample which is based on a 22nm process runs at a stock core speed of 2.0 - 2.3Ghz at a Vcore ranging from 1.008 - 1.104V. Its a Dual Core chip with 4 Threads and comes with 4MB L3 Cache and Integrated HD Graphics.
The Ivy Bridge/Sandy Bridge Chips were tested on the Gigabyte Z68X-UD7-B3 Motherboard coupled with 4GB DDR3 Corsair memory (1866mhz) and HD Radeon 6570 Graphics card while the Clarkdale chip (i3 530) was tested on a AsRock H55 Pro Motherboard with 4GB Corsair Ram (1333mhz). Other setup was same and both setups used Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 OS for benchmarking.
All other CPU's were downclocked to 2.3Ghz for a fair comparison with the Ivy Bridge chip, Results are posted below:

Being aEngineeringSample, The tiny Ivy Bridge CPU still packs some good punch to compete against faster Clarkdale and Sandy Bridge CPU's. The final revisions will come with enhanced performance while the 22nm design allows for lower heatdissipationresulting in a cooler chip then the predecessor, Clocks will also be higher than the sample. More benchmarking goodness at source. Few pics below:
