Rumors regarding the iPad Mini are afloat all over the Internet. The speculations are raging up everywhere. The latest development in the rumor mill tells us that the new iPad model may be thinner.
Leaked pictures of the logic board and internal components surfaced on a Chinese site that goes by the name WeiPhone.com, which suggest that the next iPad model will be slimmer than the current one. The components included a hard drive, fans, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas. Kyle Wiens of iFixit told MacRumors that the pictured components could possibly be from a future iMac, as they show a number of similarities to the current iMac models. The new shell design is curved like a water droplet, it drops the squared ends.
Does the plot thicken over here? Is this not about the iPad Mini anymore? We're supremely curious.
The report also claims that the new iMac display will be attached to the protective cover glass, allowing the all-in-one desktop to be even thinner.
Apple has held back supplies to hardware resellers as of late. That's a good sign that they've got something new in Store. For all we know, they could unveil a new iMac at the big event being held end of this month, along with the new iPad with a smaller 7.85-inch display. Apple could unveil a new iMac as well as a 13-inch Macbook Pro with Retina Display.
However, there have been reports that the new redesigned iMac might not feature a high-res Retina Display. That is because we've heard that Retina Displays are not yet available for bigger 21.5 and 27 inch displays. There's a high possibility that if a new iMac line-up gets announced, the 21.5 inch model will be available first, soon to be followed by its 27 inch elder. It's been reported that lamination process for the new iMac is difficult for the 27 inch model which might be the probably cause for the delay.
