Prerequisites to root Nexus 10 on Android 4.4.3:

Create a backupof all important data in your Nexus device.Download and install USB drivers forNexusin your computer.Enable USB debugging option by pressingMenu>Settings>Applications. How to root Nexus 10 on Android 4.4.3KitKat:

Required files: download Android SDK for your Nexus 10; also download Fastboot from the following links:

Windows:download linkMac:linkLinux:link

Extract Fastboot inandroid-sdk-windows\platform-toolsdirectory.Download SuperSU v1.99and copy it to your Nexus 10's sd card. Also download Recovery from this link and copy it to your tablet's SD Card.

Power off and reboot your Nexus 10 inFastbootmode by pressing and holdingVolume DownandPowerbuttons.Go to the android-sdk-windows\platform-tools directory and open command prompt withShift + Right-click > Open Command Prompt.Run the following command:fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.4.7-manta.imgWhen done, chooseRecoveryfrom the Fastboot menu and enter inRecovery.Selectflash zip from SD cardfrom the menu usingPowerkey and then selectchoose zip from sd card.After the installation is completed successfully, go back andreboot system now.That's it. Your Nexus 10 should now be rooted on the very latest Android 4.4.3 KitKat.
