Samsung Fans in Millions Could Resort to Purchasing iPhone 7 After Note 7 Tragedy

The Galaxy Note 7’s resurrection seems very unlikely, with authorities going far as to ban the phablet from being boarded on commercial airplanes. Naturally, with what was perceived to be the greatest Android smartphone of 2016, has now become nothing more than a safety hazard, and customers will obviously be looking for a suitable alternative. According to the latest report, Apple’s iPhone 7 is the successor that they’ve chosen to carry out their mobile computing tasks.

Latest Report Claims That Samsung Could Lose as Many as 7 Million Customers to Apple’s iPhone 7 After Galaxy Note 7 Saga

To gain a huge lead against Apple’s iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Samsung was reported to announce its Galaxy Note 7 before its rival does, and look exactly how that turned out? Now, according to another report, Samsung decided to test the batteries of the Note 7 in its own testing facilities. Though the manufacturer has been doing this since 2009, this is the first time since the firm has ever encountered a problem of this magnitude, which definitely begs the question: ‘Did Samsung overlook some crucial battery tests before deciding to get the Galaxy Note 7 out as quickly as possible?’

According to revered KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Samsung could have a terrible few months ahead, as he estimates that about half of the expected 2016 Galaxy Note 7 sales will go to the iPhone 7. If you’re wondering about the tally, that comes to between 5 and 7 million Note 7 consumers. They have developed a liking to the advanced iPhone 7 Plus features, which includes its impressive dual-camera setup, crisp display, an additional amount of RAM, and of course its raw horsepower.

In fact, in order to compensate for the losses and grief, the Galaxy Note 7 has given to Samsung, the company has decided to increase its Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge production in order to garner as much revenue as possible. To cover up the losses ever further, Galaxy S8 has been rumored to be announced much earlier, with the company already reported to be working on its firmware. Galaxy S8 can definitely generate a substantial amount of revenue, but with the damage done to the Samsung brand, it looks like it will become very difficult for the company to gain back its loyal consumer base.
