Samsung Galaxy Book 2 review
Samsung Galaxy Book 2 review-February 2024
Feb 12, 2026 1:20 AM

Is there a better alternative?

Yes, and the answer may be obvious, but it’s true. The Intel-powered Surface Pro 6, provides more power for your money. It’s a bit more expensive since the stylus and keyboard aren’t included, but we think you’ll be happier with your purchase.

Another somewhat obvious choice is the iPad Pro. While iOS isn’t the workhorse that Windows 10 is, it’s a more versatile device thanks to the wealth of mobile apps at your disposal and some recently improved multitasking functionality.

How long will it last?

At time of writing, warranty information is not available for the Samsung Galaxy Book 2. Since it is designed of solid aluminum and comes with USB C ports, the Galaxy Book 2 it might structurally last the test of time, but the performance with Snapdragon CPU might have you wanting an Intel-powered device instead.

Should you buy it?

No. The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 might be fancy, but it isn’t worth the $1,000 and doesn’t match the performance you can get when buying a device with an Intel chip.
