Feb 12, 2026 11:10 AM

There is no way to deny that Xiaomi phones have come a long, long way, and today, the company has introduced the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro. The latest phones are to pack Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, along with a bunch of improvements made across the board. If you are looking for a flagship device that has all the bells and whistles, then I don't think you can get better than this.

The Xiaomi 14 series might as well be the best Android smartphones available in the market

The new Xiaomi 14 series is packing the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. You are also getting up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, which is great if you love having everything stored on-device. Both phones offer 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED displays with an insane 3,000 nits peak brightness.

The Xiaomi 14 comes with a 6.36-inch display with 1.5K resolution, whereas the Pro model has a 6.73-inch display with 2K resolution. The display on the Pro variant is flat but does have a 2.5D curve on all edges. Both phones bring thin bezels, and the design looks uniform.

Cameras are how Xiaomi has differentiated the devices, with the Xiaomi 14 offering a 50-megapixel 1/1.31-inch “Light Fusion 900” sensor with f/1.6 aperture and OIS. You are also getting a 50-megapixel JN1 ultra-wide sensor and a 50-megapixel JN1 telephoto sensor with 3.2x optical zoom. There is also a Leica Summilux lens that allows for a larger aperture.

The Xiaomi 14 Pro uses the same Light Fusion 9,00 sensor, but you are now getting variable aperture of f/1.42 – f/4. This is a fully variable aperture, meaning that there are various aperture stops in between. The ultra-wide camera remains the same, but this one has a minimum focusing distance of 5cm, allowing for close macro shots. The front camera on both phones is a 32-megapixel sensor capable of 4K recording.

The Xiaomi 14 packs a decently-sized 4,610 mAh battery with 90W fast charging, whereas the Xiaomi 14 Pro brings a 4,880 mAh battery with 120W fast charging. Both phones support 50W wireless charging, IP68 rating, USB 3.2 Gen 1 on the base variant, and USB 3.2 Gen 2 on the pro variant.

The Xiaomi 14 is going to be available in Jade Green, Black, White, and Snow Mountain Pink colors. Pricing for the devices can be checked below:
