AMD has officially confirmed their entire Ryzen Threadripper lineup, including the Threadripper 1900X. The Ryzen Threadripper 1900X will be the fastest eight core model in the HEDT family and will feature the same number of PCIe lanes as the flagship models.

We can now officially confirm the specifications of three AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors. The series includes the Ryzen Threadripper 1950X, 1920X and 1900X. The 1950X features 16 cores and will be the flagship model, the 1920X features 12 cores and 1900X features 8 cores. AMD is taking the fight to Intel in terms of pricing, offering higher cores and better I/O for much cheaper prices.

AMD will be pitting their Ryzen Threadripper 1950X, a $999 US processor against Intel's $999 US chip, the Core i9-7900X.
