After the Galaxy S2 update, the HTC Desire S is also getting its Gingerbread update today. The device comes with Gingerbread 2.3.3 as stock, and V2.3.5 (software version: 2.10.401.4) is rolling out over the air (currently for UK stock ROM Desire S users) in stages. The best bit about the update is that Desire S users now get upgraded from Sense 2.1 to Sense 3.0, so go ahead and check your phone's Settings menu to get the update. If you can't see the update mentioned at the moment, you might have to wait as the OTA is not rolling out across the globe at one time, so hopefully you should get it soon.
