An interesting classified ad revealed that Apple is looking for OLED engineers, could this mean that Apple is planning on implementing OLED in future products like the iPhone 4GS (iPhone 5?) or the upcoming iPad 2?

OLED is a great technology and has many advantages over AMLCD displays, which is being used in most of the Apple products now days.

OLED provides

Cheaper production costBrighter displayBetter viewing anglesMuch thinner compared to LCD which could in turn lead to thinner products.

Let's hope we hear something along the lines of OLED coming in the upcoming iPhone 5 or the iPad 2.
