ASUS hasofficiallyannounced the18.4-inch K93SM Notebook in the European Market. The Notebook is part of ASUS's K-Series Laptops and features a Core i5-2450M or i7-2670QM processor, up to 8 GB of RAM, a GeForce GT 630M 1 GB graphics card, and a 500 GB or 1 TB hard drive.

Other specs include an 18.4 inch Back-Lit LED with Full HD (1920x1080P) Support,a chiclet keyboard, Whole package weighs4.1 kg.

For I/O, ASUS coupled the Notebook with a8x DVD writer or 6x Blu-ray combo drive,Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a 3-in-1 card reader, one USB 3.0 port, a 6-cell (5200 mAh) battery and the IceCool feature which lets the palm rest stay cool while operating.

The Notebook comes pre-installed withWindows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and price ranges from849 Euro to 1,149 Euro.
