Cyanogen Inc has taken an interesting step towards the betterment of its OS by announcing partnership with Microsoft. The two tech giants have a very interesting relationship that will enhance utility on Cyanogen OS. Microsoft is strategically moving its bundled apps on Cyanogen OS that will come pre-loaded. After funding its way into Cyanogen, Microsoft has taken Android away from Google to some extent. Its seems as though Microsoft is working with an alternative Android manufacturer to down-show Google in its own game. Cyanogen OS users in its future iterations will come up with a bundle of Microsoft's bundled applications such as OneDrive, Skype, Outlook, OneNoe and Microsoft Office. In addition to these, Cyanogen will also be part of Bing Search results. The integration of Microsoft apps and services are not subject to be downloaded via Google Play Store but the real collaboration will be down to the roots of Cyanogen OS.

Microsoft To Build Native Integration For Cyanogen OS

Even though the previous rumors of Microsoft to buy Cyanogen's stakes were false, the two giants are somewhat a thing together when we speak of teaming up.
