Apple has released an updated beta 3 of its upcoming iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and macOS Sonoma to developers. The latest betas arrive with a plethora of bug fixes that were not addressed in beta 2. Furthermore, the latest betas will also improve the stability of the platform for a smoother user experience. If you are a developer, you can download the latest builds right now on compatible devices.
Apple has released an updated version of iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and macOS Sonoma Beta 3 to developers for testing purposes
If you are a developer and want to check out the updated iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 beta 3 on your compatible iPhone or iPad, the update will be available over the air. First, you have to make sure that your Apple ID is linked to the Developer account. Once you do that, simply head over to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and select iOS 17 Developer Beta from the list. The update will be available over the air, which you can install right on your device.
iOS 17 beta 3 will feature a plethora of new features and changes along with various bug fixes and stability improvements. iOS 17 is a major update wondering about the number of features it brings to the table. Other than iOS 17 and iPadOS 17, Apple has also seeded an updated beta 3 build of its upcoming macOS 14 Sonoma update. You can install the latest build through the Apple Developer Center. Install the proper configuration profile, after which the macOS Sonoma beta 3 update will be available for your device over the air. You can install the update by heading over to the Software Update section in System Settings.
Take note that Apple has already released the third developer beta for iOS 17 and macOS Sonoma. It is not clear why the company has released an updated version of the build.
