Apple has finally released watchOS 10, tvOS 17, and macOS Sonoma public beta for all compatible devices, and you can download it right now for free. If you are not a developer and want to check out the latest update, the first public beta is a good start since it is pretty stable compared to the initial developer betas.
Apple releases watchOS 10, tvOS 17, and macOS Sonoma public beta 1 for compatible Apple Watch, Macs, and Apple TV models
The first public beta of watchOS 10 can be downloaded on compatible Apple Watch models right now through the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone. To download the latest watchOS 10n public beta, make sure that the iPhone is running the latest iOS 17 public beta. Once iOS 17 public beta is installed, only then will the watchOS 10 public beta update will appear in the Software Update section. Simply launch the Apple Watch app and head over to General > Software Update > and select the watchOS 10 Public Beta option. For more details on watchOS 10, check out our announcement post.
Apart from watchOS 10, Apple has also seeded the first public beta of macOS Sonoma. To download macOS Sonoma on your compatible Macs, simply sign up for Apple's public beta testing program, and the update will be available to you over the air. Head over to the Software Update section in System Settings to download the latest update. Our announcement post details all the new features coming with macOS Sonoma later this year.

Lastly, Apple has also seeded the first public beta of its upcoming tvOS 17 update. All you have to do is sign up for Apple's public beta testing program, and the update will be available in the Settings app on your Apple TV. Simply select Software Updates under System and then toggle on the "Get Public Beta Updates" option. You will see the latest update which you can install on your Apple TV.
Apple has also seeded the first public beta of iOS 17 and iPadOS 17. As for what is new in the latest updates, we will wait for the public beta testers to try out the latest beta builds. We suspect that the updates will pack the same features as the third developer beta for their respective builds. Nonetheless, we will keep you guys updated as soon as something new is discovered.
