For some time, we have been hearing that Samsung is going to release a more affordable Galaxy Buds FE along with other Fan Edition devices. Recently, a real-life image along with some information such as the model number also leaked, and today, we finally have confirmation that the new earbuds do exist, and we have all the information that you would want on these earbuds.

The Galaxy Buds FE looks like an excellent, affordable, true-wireless earbuds, but will they deliver

The information regarding the Galaxy Buds FE looks to be as official as it can get. The earbuds will carry the model number SM-R400N, feature the same case as the Galaxy Buds 2 and the Buds 2 Pro, and have a rounded square shape and a type-C port for charging. The tips will be winged like the original Galaxy Buds, so if you have been missing the old design, it's making a comeback.

Okay, so now, coming back to the details, the Galaxy Buds FE are shown in white. They will be available in different color variants, though. The case has the charging and battery indicator on both the inside and out. You are also getting charging contacts for the earbuds, and there is an indent for opening up the case. The case comes in a glossy finish, but considering how it shares a similar design with other Galaxy Buds, you can always pick up a case or a skin to protect it from scratches.

A notable improvement here is the inclusion of the wingtips because, honestly, they help the buds remain in the ear better and even offer better comfort. The slides that we have received do not confirm whether the Galaxy Buds FE will come with wireless charging or other features, but they do appear to have active noise cancellation, which is always a good thing,

As far as the release date is concerned, I am expecting the Galaxy Buds FE to be released alongside the Galaxy S23 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE. There's no solid release date so far, but considering the myriad of leaks, it is safe to expect that these devices are on the horizon and could be announced at any time.
