Samsung was already rumored to bring LTPO technology to all Galaxy S24 models early next year. According to the latest rumor, the Galaxy S24 Plus, which will sit in the middle of the entire lineup, will share several physical attributes of the Galaxy S24 Ultra, minus the bigger screen. One tipster states that super-thin bezels, an M13 OLED panel, and more will be consistent between the two flagships.
Galaxy S24 Ultra also benchmarked with 12GB RAM, which is the maxed-out memory count of the Galaxy S23 Ultra
The Korean version of the Galaxy S24 Plus was spotted running the Exynos 2400, and though Ice Universe is not impressed with the chipset’s single-core and multi-core performance, he points out that this particular variant features 12GB of RAM, which is the same amount present in this year’s top-end Galaxy S23 Ultra. This can mean that Samsung brings a 16GB RAM variant of the Galaxy S24 Ultra, though the tipster did not share evidence of that particular model.
Also, when it comes to bezels comparison, Ice Universe has backtracked from his earlier claim, which stated that the Galaxy S24 Ultra would have the lowest screen-to-body ratio for any Samsung flagshipsince the Galaxy S10. On this occasion, he says that the Galaxy S24 Plus and the Galaxy S24 Ultra will share the same bezels measuring 1.5mm.

This means the Korean giant’s flagship duo would have thinner bezels than the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, which would be a phenomenal achievement when it comes to achieving peak smartphone design. Furthermore, both the Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra are rumored to share the same M13 OLED panel with a QHD+ resolution. Having an advanced display produces more accurate and vibrant colors, which is always a plus.
Regarding maximum brightness, all three models are said to support up to 2,500 nits, so at least on paper, Samsung is getting serious about its premium smartphone lineup. It is unconfirmed if these display and RAM upgrades will be exclusive to the Korean version of the Galaxy S24 Plus, but the firm can greatly benefit from bringing the same perks to consumers worldwide. As always, we will update our readers if anything else comes up shortly.
