Here Is Your First Official Look At OnePlus 12, Showing The New Periscope Camera And An Identical Design To Its Predecessor-February 2024
Feb 11, 2026 10:34 PM

OnePlus will be launching a number of anticipated devices this year, including its foldable, and although we have had a look at that one before, there hasn't been much on the OnePlus 12. Well, that changes today as we finally have some renders for the upcoming flagship from the Chinese tech giant, confirming some past rumors and finally bringing a design that feels much more in line with its last phone.

The OnePlus 12 finally shows up in these fresh renders, a periscope camera, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3

Now, the OnePlus 12 renders are leaked thanks to OnLeaksand SmartPrix. These give us our first look at the device, confirming the previous rumor about the inclusion of a periscope camera, and you will also see that the Hasselblad branding has come back.

Another thing to note here is that the OnePlus 12 looks a lot like the OnePlus 11, and while this might disappoint some users, I think this is a step in the right direction because previous OnePlus phones are notorious for looking different from each other, to the point that it is almost hard to tell which phone is which. You can have a look at the renders below:

OnePlus 12 Specifications Leak, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, A Massive 5,400 mAh Battery, 64-Megapixel Telephoto Camera, All Neatly Packaged in a Familiar Design

So, there you have it, folks. The OnePlus 12 is in all its glory. You can clearly see how the phone looks a lot like its predecessor, which is a good thing. The lens module houses three cameras. You get a standard lens, an ultra-wide sensor, and a periscope zoom camera as well. The LED flash is nicely tucked away at the top left of the camera island, and at first glance, it almost appears that it isn't even there. The front of the device has a centered hole-punch selfie camera, which looks neat.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the OnePlus 12 is sad to come with a curved QHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen size is going to be a modest 6.7-inch. Powering the device is going to be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and Adreno 750 GPU. On the back, you are going to get a 50-megapixel IMX9-series main camera with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 64-megapixel Omnivision OV64B periscope lens.

Providing juice to the OnePlus 12 will be a 5,000 mAh battery with 150W wired and 50W wireless charging, ensuring you have multiple ways of topping up your device in no time. The phone is said to be released by the end of this year in China and early next year around the globe.
