A small number of users have reported being stuck at the Windows logo screen during the reboot after installation of Windows 10 Mobile build 14342. Microsoft is aware of the problem, andisinvestigating the causes. While it releases some fix - possibly in the next release - here are some temporary workarounds that could help you get out of the Windows logo screen.

Microsoft is suggesting users to wait for 30 to 40 minutes when they see the Windows logo stuck on the screen after installation of Windows 10 Mobile Redstone 14342. This wait will allow the device to complete installation of the operating system, finishing all the necessary processes.If even after this time period, you still see nothing but Windows logo, the company is proposing to force-reboot your smartphone. Not sure how to do that? Simply holdPowerandVolume Downkeys for 10 to 15 seconds and your Windows 10 Mobile powered device should restart. After it finishes rebooting, it will start the installation process again.

During the above solutions, make sure your phone is pluggedand charging. "It is also recommended to plug your device into a charger to help prevent excessive battery drain while the update process completes," Microsoft said. In any case, you can always use Windows Recovery tool to recover your handset as your phone will reinstall the original version of the OS.
