Earlier today, the search engine giant released Nearby Share as a beta version for Windows, and using it, you can go ahead and send files to your phone from your PC or vice-versa. Use Nearby Share on your computer and send files to your phone with ease
Now, it is worth noting that the Nearby Share app is not available around the world and is currently not supported on Arm-powered Windows devices. For the rest of us, you can follow the tutorial below:
Step 1:Start by downloading theNearby Shareapp from here.
Step 2:Once you have it downloaded and installed, simply launch the app.
Step 3:Run the app and sign in using your Google account.
Step 4:Once you are signed in, you will be greeted with a similar interface.

Step 5:Simply click onSelect filesorSelect folders.
Step 6:Navigate to whatever you want to send and select it.
Step 7:You will soon see this interface.

Step 8:Simply click on your device that is showing underneathNearby devicesand make sure that your phone is unlocked with the screen also turned on. You will receive the file within seconds, and it will be placed in the Downloadsfolder on your phone.

On your phone, just press share on anything you want to share, choose Nearby Share and choose your computer from the list of devices that appear.
