HTC's latest and greatest Windows Phone, the Titan II is now available at AT&T. The phone comes with a monstrous 4.7" SLCD display, which is currently the largest you can get on a Windows Phone. Other specs include 512MB RAM, 1.5Ghz single core CPU and 16GB internal memory. However the star of the show is the 16MP camera on the back which is also capable of capturing videos up to 720p. HTC claims they've improved the sensor to enhance low light performance.

HTC Titan II will go head to head with Nokia Lumia 900. Titan II is available for 199.99$ on contract and 549.99$ off contract. Nokia Lumia on the other hand is going for only 99.99$ on contract so this will be a rather tough one for HTC to sell in my opinion. That being said there is always a market for a bigger screen.
