The latest benchmarks of Intel's Arc A580 graphics card based on the Alchemist GPU architecture have leaked within Geekbench.

Intel Arc A580 GPU Nearing Launch? Unreleased Alchemist Graphics Card Once Again Leaked In Benchmarks

The Intel Arc A580 GPU is once again starting to make appearances across several benchmarks and databases. We recently saw the chip leak out within GFXBench and now we have another listing on Geekbench along with its performance benchmarks. The latest benchmark has been spotted once again by Benchleaks.

Starting with the specifications, the Intel Arc A580 features 24 cores, 384 EUs, and 3072 ALUs which are clocked at an official graphics clock of 1700 MHz but the benchmark reports speeds of up to 2.4 GHz which is in line with the other two Arc A770 and Arc A750 graphics cards. The graphics card will be offering 8 GB of GDDR6 VRAM across a 256-bit bus interface with up to 512 GB/s bandwidth and a TBP of 175W.

In terms of performance, the Intel Arc A580 graphics card scored 82,992 points within the OpenCL benchmark tests. The test setup comprised of an Intel Core i7-1270 CPU and 32 GB of DDR5-4800 memory on the ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E Gaming WIFI motherboard. This puts the performance on par with the AMD Radeon RX 7600 which scores around 82,981 points on average with the NVIDIA RTX 3060 sitting close to 6.5% faster. Following is the breakdown of the benchmarks:

Having performance on par with AMD's Radeon RX 7600 and coming close to RTX 3060 while being much cheaper can definitely be a strong selling point of the Intel Arc A580 GPU. The company also recently launched its A570M & A530M GPUs based on the ACM-G12 GPU so it looks like we might even see a silent launch of the A580 just like those two parts.

Considering that the Intel Arc A750 GPU is now officially priced at $249 US with discounts making it available below $200 US, it is likely that we can expect the Arc A580 graphics cards with an MSRP of $199 US and additional discounts bringing it close to $150 US. Plus, the improvements to the driver side of things for Arc will definitely make this a very popular graphics card among the mainstream gaming audience but we can't say for sure when Intel plans to launch this card. Intel is rumored to launch itsAlchemist+ refresh lineupat some point so maybe we get to see the A580 launch with it.
