Intel is planning to launch its latest 22nm Processors codenamed Ivy Bridge in the first week of April. The launch date could range between 1st - 7th April but it is confirmed that the Desktop lineup would actually launch in Week 14.
The Launch Lineup would consist of a total of 10 new Core i7/i5 Processors which includeIntel Core i7-3770K, i7-3770, i7-3770S, i7-3770T, i5- 3570K, i5-3550, i5-3550S, i5-3570T, i5-3450 and i5-3450S. The Core i3 range of entry level processors would arrive a bit late in Q2 2012, Motherboards based on theZ77, Z75, H77 and B75 (business) chipsets would be available at launch, Ivy Bridge Processors are also compatible with Z68 Motherboards with updated BIOS's.
