This year's J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Survey Results are here and Apple's iPhone has once again topped the charts leaving behind competitors Motorola, HTC, Samsung, Nokia, Palm, and RIM. In case you were wondering the following are the merits on which the phones are judged on:
Operation (30%); physical design (30%); features (20%); and battery function (20%). For smartphones, the key factors are: ease of operation (26%); operating system (24%); physical design (23%); features (19%); and battery function (8%).
The judges over at J.D. Power specifically mentioned the iPhone's excellent design, easy to use OS and the excellent apps.
