iPhone 15 panels are ready for volume production as the company expected high demand for the devices

According to display analyst Ross Young, Apple's iPhone 15 panel production will begin in June. The analyst also coins that all models of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro will benefit from a lead in volume. With that said, the company could be anticipating higher demand for the devices compared to last year. It was previously reported that the iPhone 14 demand suffered due to a lack of innovation. This year, the company is introducing significant changes that could potentially alter the course of the demand from last year.

While the iPhone 15 models are expected to come with a new Dynamic Island on the front, similar to the 'Pro' models, it will feature thicker bezels compared to the iPhone 15 Pro. One of the biggest changes coming with the iPhone 15 Pro models is shrunk-down bezels that could set a new record. Nonetheless, iPhone 15 models would feature its own set of upgrades which will be available to consumers at a lower price.

Apart from this, the iPhone 15 Pro models would also come with a higher refresh rate display, unlike the standard models. Additionally, the 'Pro' models will replace the Mute Switch with an Action Button similar to the Apple Watch Ultra. A leaker suggested on Twitter today that the iPhone 15 panel is ready for mass production, corroborating earlier news that the company is nearing volume production.

It was previously reported that the iPhone 15 Pro models will come with solid-state buttons instead of physical buttons. However, the change was canceled for this year's models in favor of the iPhone 16 Pro models due to supply issues. Henceforth, we are only expecting an Action Button for the 'Pro' models.
