Microsoft has released a new Windows 10 cumulative update for version 1809 bringing a fix to the bug that prevents devices fromconnecting to Storage Area Network (SAN) devices. Here are the details:

Addresses an issue that may prevent devices from connecting to some Storage Area Network (SAN) devices using Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) after installingKB4497934.You may also receive an error in theSystemlog section ofEvent Viewerwith Event ID 43 from iScsiPrt and a description of “Target failed to respond in time for a login request.”

There are also three known issues with this latest Windows 10 cumulative update released for the October 2018 Update (not introduced by the latest update; brought forward since they haven't yet been addressed). These include:

Certain operations, such asrename, that you perform on files or folders that are on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) may fail with the error, “STATUS_BAD_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL (0xC00000A5)”. This occurs when you perform the operation on a CSV owner node from a process that doesn’t have administrator privilege.After installingKB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND."We are investigating reports that a small number of devices may startup to a black screen during the first logon after installing updates.
