Though the official announcement is all but hours away, here's a little leak to spice things up a bit. The bit of information was submitted to GLBenchmarks by using a leaked device. The upcoming Android 4.0 smartphoneapparentlygoes by the name Galaxy Nexus and will be powered by aTexas Instrument OMAP4460 Dual-Core CPU clocked at 1.2Ghz coupled with aPowerVR SGX540GPU. It will support a massive 4.7" Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1280x720. It comes with 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage with a micro-SD expansion slot. The rear camera is 5MP with 1080p video support and front facing camera is 1.3MP.
