Samsung dropping the Snapdragon 810 for the galaxy S6 will come as a surprise to many. This change by Samsung is indeed surprising because LG has previously announced and is close to the launching of its curved G Flex 2 smartphone outfitted with Snapdragon 810.Whether the G Flex 2 ends up developing heating issues remains to be seen for now. It is not just LG’s smartphone going to be released with Snapdragon; word also suggests that HTC will also be suing theSnapdragon 810 in its next flagship.An interesting fact is that, Samsung is inexperienced in using an all metal back, which might now be a part of the Samsung Galaxy S6. In fact, this very metal back is being reported to be the main cause of the Galaxy S6 heating problems that occured during its testing by the tech giant. Maybe now, Samsung’s engineers want to prove that they are well capable of controlling the powerful heat discharge.

Though, these rumors weren’t taken seriously by tech giants, but may be now, one can say that, the prime reason of delay was the device facing overheating issues. However, now Samsung’s official state overheating on the SoC as the major cause of not sticking with the Snapdragon 810.

The good news for people looking forward towards Samsung Galaxy S6 is that, its release will not be postponed.
