It is safe to say that Nothing as a company has managed to grow significantly and has come a long way. The Nothing Ear (1) was surely impressive for the price, and then the company introduced its first phone. While the world waits for Nothing Phone (2), which is supposedly a flagship-standard phone, we finally have word on the release of Nothing Ear (2).

Nothing has confirmed that the Nothing Ear (2) will be going official on March 22nd, later this month. The company will be hosting a live-stream event for the release of these new earbuds.

In true Nothing fashion, the company shared absolutely nothing about the upcoming earbuds aside from the image that you can see below. There have been rumors suggesting that the new earbuds will have a similar design to their predecessor, along with some adjustments and refinements to the overall design, but even that is not confirmed at the moment.

I never got the chance to try out the Nothing Ear (1), but based on the reviews and press that I have heard, the earbuds looked really solid. That is the reason why I am genuinely excited about the upcoming Nothing Ear (2). Sadly, the website does not reveal much, and knowing the company, we will have to wait for any official information to drop. There is also a high chance that we might not hear about these buds up until the day of release, so we have to wait for now.

One would also speculate that the event is about the Nothing speaker that the company is working on, but the picture shared above clearly states Nothing Ear (2). However, it is entirely possible that the company reveals a number of products at the launch event or at least hint at their release as well.

Whatever the case, the one product I am most excited about is the Nothing Phone 2. Especially after I learned that the upcoming phone will bring a Snapdragon 8-series processor. So, it is exciting.

Here is hoping that the Nothing Ear (2) brings better overall build quality, sound, and battery life, in addition to the already cool design we are sure would be coming with the upcoming earbuds.
