We saw the OnePlus 12 debut in China last week, and pretty soon, it will be making its way to international markets as well. However, if the latest images are to go by, it appears that there are some quality control-related issues that are bothering some users who have already gotten their hands on the device.
Users are reporting gaps in the OnePlus 12's frame, along with some other quality control issues
Don't get me wrong, the OnePlus 12 is a stellar phone with excellent specs. There is just one thing about a device: it needs to have a good finish as well, and it does not seem to be the case with the latest OnePlus pointing.
Several users who have already received their OnePlus 12 devices have started talking about the build quality not being up to par, and the images they have shared are concerning, to say the least. You can check them out below:

Inspecting the images above, you can notice that the OnePlus 12 units in the images show gaps at either the top or the bottom of the housing. This is certainly not a good sign and could cause some severe damage to the device in the long run. However, there are a few more issues, with some users even reporting that excessive glue is still there around the camera island.
At the time of writing, no OnePlus 12 user reported any cracks appearing on the device, but I am concerned about the gaps within the frame. I really hope that this is not an issue that is affecting a lot of users because there could be a callback if that happens. The OnePlus 12 still hasn't debuted in the international markets, and I hope this issue can easily be resolved instead of the problem getting out of hand.
