Quite a few good sources have talked about Samsung Galaxy S5 fingerprint sensor. The recent one is coming from KGI Securities who had accurately predicted iPhone 5s being equipped with Touch ID fingerprint sensor. Earlier the popular and trusted, evleaks too had shared similar leak.

According to these rumors, Samsung Galaxy S5 will be equipped with a fingerprint scanner - following the industry trend set by Apple's latest flagship, the iPhone 5s. The site claims that Galaxy S5 will be released in two variants. Apart from the Samsung Galaxy S5 fingerprint scanner, both variants will have some little other differences too. While both these variants will be released in plastic casing, the leaks suggest that Premium Edition will use 20 nanometer, 32-bit eight core Exynos 5430 processor.

Another difference between these two Samsung Galaxy S5 variants is the resolution. Both the devices will be launched with 5.2 inches screen but with a varied resolutions - 1080p with 423 ppi for Standard Galaxy S5; 1440 x 2550 with 565ppi for the Prime Edition.
Other Samsung Galaxy S5 specs include 3 GB RAM, 16 Megapixel rear camera with a 2.0MP front camera, 3G gesture recognition, and a 2850 mAh battery.
