I don't think it's a rumor anymore that the next Nexus phone from Google will see the light of day by the end of this year along with the release of Android 4.0 a.k.a Ice cream sandwich. However what we don't know is who will make it and what will be the hardware side of it be like. Thanks to an 'accidental' tweet from Samsung Romania we now know one thing. The new Nexus 3 or Nexus prime will come with a SAMOLED HD screen which is basically a SAMOLED screen with a jaw dropping 1280x720 resolution screen. That's unlike anything ever seen on a cellphone before. Samsung of course is backtracking and claiming the information was from an 'outside' source or whatever that means. The tweet has now been removed. We're almost half way till the end of the year and till the time the new Nexus phone is released and so far all we know are rumors. But I have to admit, this is the most interesting of the lot. Maybe it's a sign of things to come? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
