Turn Off Image Previews And Video Autoplay

2. Tap on the 'Me' tab at the bottom right corner and then tap on the 'Settings' button next to 'Edit Profile.'

3. Now tap on 'Settings' when presented with a bunch of options.

4. Now tap on 'Data.'

5. Turn off the 'Image previews' toggle switch and set 'Video autoplay' to 'Never play videos automatically.'

Turn Off Background App Refresh For Twitter

1. Open the native iOS 'Settings' app.

2. Now navigate to General > Background App Refresh.

3. Now scroll all the way down and turn off the toggle switch next to 'Twitter.'

With this done, Twitter won't refresh in the background, hence you'll end up saving data. Pretty cool right?
