It's not even Black Friday and Apple has discounted a bunch of stuff, including the iPad 10, which is now retailing for a low price of just $399.

Apple's Tenth-Generation iPad Sees $50 Discount Ahead of Black Friday - Buy it Now in Your Favorite Color

Apple has managed to hit every single price point with its iPad lineup. Right now, the iPad 10 represents excellent value for money, especially for those who are buying an iPad for the first time. And to make thing even better, you don't even have to pay full price when you buy your first-ever iPad today.

Buy Apple iPad (10th Generation): with A14 Bionic chip, 10.9-inch Liquid Retina Display - Was $449, now just $399

It all starts with the display. The iPad 10 has a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display and the Home button is no more. Touch ID has been moved to the top and it handles authentication and payment. You get gestures to navigate throughout iPadOS, exactly the ones found on higher-end models.

The processor sees a bump to the A14 Bionic. This chip is pretty speedy, thanks to its 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine. This also means multitasking is a breeze on this iPad. Whether you're using two apps on the screen or have a third one using Slide Over, the iPad 10 will make it look like a walk in the park.

This iPad can shoot up to 4K video in 60 frames per second. There's also a 12-megapixel ultra-wide FaceTime camera which is located on the longer bezel, meanwhile every other iPad has it at the top, making you look off-centered in landscape mode with a keyboard attached.

You even get support for Apple Pencil. There are two Apple Pencils to choose from now. You can either buy the first-generation one, or the newly launched USB-C one and start writing or drawing away.

USB-C and fast Wi-Fi 6 connectivity rounds everything up quite nicely. And that USB-C is a full featured one, too. You can hook up your favorite USB-C hubs and even hard wire the iPad to the internet using Ethernet if you like.
