Xiaomi today unveiled three new phones under the Redmi brand, the Redmi K70e, K70, and K70 Pro, and all three phones have gone official in China. If you have been waiting for an affordable smartphone that delivers stellar performance, then this phone is your way to go.

The Redmi K70 and K70 Pro are great phones, but you might not be able to get your hands on these devices

The Redmi K70 and K70 Pro offer a familiar design, with the back camera island looking like the one that we saw on the OnePlus 10 Pro. Both phones have a 6.67-inch TCL C8 OLED screen with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Both phones also deliver super-bright displays at 4,000 nits of peak brightness and an insane 3,840Hz PWM dimming. The display is certified for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, and under the display, you will find a fingerprint scanner, as well.

The Redmi K70 and its elder brother also offer a triple-camera setup on the back, with the primary camera being a 50-megapixel. The remaining camera sensors are different, with the base model having an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and a 2-megapixel macro camera, and the Pro variant comes with a 50-megapixel telephoto camera as well as a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Both phones also have a 16-megapixel camera on the front.

The Redmi K70 Pro comes with the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, whereas the base variant comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The top configuration brings 24 gigs of RAM and 1TB of storage. There is a 5,000 mAh battery in both phones, and it supports 120W fast charging.

Regarding the pricing and availability, the Redmi K70 and K70 Pro are available in Black, Glacier, Silver, and Bamboo Moon Blue. The Pro variant also has a Light Purple color available. The base variant is available in the following configurations. There is also a Lamborghini variant that is available in bright green and yellow.

The K70 and K70 Pro are excellent devices, no doubt, but their availability outside China is still something that we are not sure about. There is a high chance that these phones will not be launched outside the domestic market, but if Redmi has a change of heart, then we will let you know.
