Looks like a new competitor is surfacing in the market of touch screen capacitive tablets. And it's the company who's famous for it's high end Satellite series laptops, Toshiba! According to Toshiba (Australia) Pty Limited, they have confirmed us details regarding the launch of the Toshiba Table (AT100) running on Nvidia's Tegra 2 chip on Android 3.0 Honeycomb. The 10.1 inch screen tablet will feature an LED blacklit widescreen at the resolution of 1280x800. It comes with a native full size HDMI port as well as an SD port. Good thing about this tablet is the back cover is removable as one can swap batteries when needed!

Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 9 June 2011. Toshiba (Australia) Pty Limited today confirmed the details of its up-coming Tablet product which is set to launch in Australia at the end of June.
