It hasn't been long since we got the chance to look at the OnePlus 12 renders that gave us a good look at the upcoming flagship from the company. Now, the renders are back again, but this time around, they are refreshed.

Now, for those who don't know, the previous renders were based on the information gathered from prototypes. These renders, however, are based on real-life pictures of the pre-production unit of the OnePlus 12, which means that they are a lot more accurate than they were earlier this year.

Now that you have seen the updated OnePlus 12 renders let's talk about the renders. The latest renders show that the periscope zoom lens that we saw on the previous renders is no longer there. You now get a primary, ultra-wide, and telephoto setup, with the LED flash being on the outside, and there is also another sensor on the camera island that we are not quite sure about. The selfie camera is in the middle, and the back shows a sandstone finish, something that the company is known for.

Based on the information that we have about the OnePlus 12, the phone is said to have a 6.7-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, up to 16 gigs of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256 gigs of storage. The phone is going to launch in China later this year in December, with February 2024 for the global launch, something the company has done previously, as well.

Honestly, while I am not a fan of the design OnePlus has decided to stick with, it is good to see that the company is sticking to something that can serve as an identity. Otherwise, everything has been a mess since there is very little to no brand identity, with each device looking different from the rest, making it hard to identify the new phones. Thankfully, that no longer appears to be the issue.
