Samsung will reportedly announce the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9, with the flagshipstarting to officially retail from August 24. Pre-orders for the flagship are expected to open a day after the unveiling and a lot of retailers and telcos are getting ready for the launch, and this includes Verizon as well. Reportedly, one of the major U.S.-based carries is planning to release a Galaxy Note 9 BOGO offer for customers, so we can expect a lot increase sales during the first couple of weeks when the flagship officially goes on sale.

Verizon Galaxy Note 9 Offer, Unfortunately, Does Not Present Pricing Details of Any Sort

We are just days away from the Galaxy Note 9 announcement and most of the customers must be contemplating whether they want to buy the upcoming phablet or not. Avid Samsung fans will eventually be scouring for the best dealspossible and that is where Verizon comes in.

The company is expected to start a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 BOGO (buy one get one free) deal as soon as pre-orders open in the U.S. A picture with the promo appeared on the My Verizon app today for a brief period of time. However, there are no details on pricing yet. It is likely that Verizon will compel customers to buy the Galaxy Note 9 on monthly bill credits to make use of the BOGO deal.

This means that customers will have to stick with Verizon for two years, otherwise, they will owe what is due on both the phones. However, for Samsung fans, it is a great deal as they will get two phones for the price of one.

The Galaxy Note 9 is due to be announced at ‘Unpacked’, an event which will take place in Brooklyn on Thursday. The phone will reportedly sport a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ displayand will be fueledby the Snapdragon 845 SoC. The batterywill probably be a 4000mAhcapacity, with the base modelreportedly shippingwith 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

Will the BOGO offer from Verizon be sufficient to lure customers away from other flagship offerings? Tell us down in the comments.
