Apple has seeded the third beta for its various operating systems, constitutingwatchOS,tvOS and OS X. There are minor changes in each of the operating systems mentioned earlier. Moreover, they may also carry performance enhancements as well as bug fixes. So lets see what novelty has Apple included in beta 3.

Apple Seeded Third Beta Of WatchOS 2.2, tvOS9.2 And OS X 10.11.4 To Developers

The third watchOS2.2 beta has been updated for developers, two weeks after the company seeded its second beta. WatchOS 2.2 alongside the iOS 9.3 would allow users to pair multiple Apple Watches with a single iPhone. For this to be done, a user is advised to update both of these devices. The Maps app in the Apple Watch has also been revamped. It now offers a Nearby feature which was first introduced with iOS 9. Moreover, new buttons have also been placed to access home and work directions.

ThewatchOS2.2 beta 3 can be updated on the Apple Watch via a dedicated Watch app on the iPhone running iOS 9.3 beta. Open the app ad then navigate to General >> Software. Make sure your Apple Watch has more than 50 percent of battery life.

The tvOSbetas are a little challenging to install, as it requires the Apple TV to be connected to a computer via USB cables. The software will be installed via iTunes or Apple Configurator. Users with second tvOS9.2 betacan download the third beta via over the air mechanism. As far as tvOS9.2 beta3 is concerned in terms of features, it allows the Apple TV to support Bluetooth keyboards. This will allow users to enter text in a more traditional manner rather than swiping on your Siri remote toselect letters one at a time. Moreover, a new app switcher interface is also included in the update along with the availability to group apps into folders. Support for Live Photos and iCloud Photo Library is also part of the tvOS9.2 beta 3 update.

As far as OS X 10.11.4 beta 3 is concerned, it offers a couple of new features like support for password protected notes in the Notes app. Moreover, there are several bug fixes and performance improvements included. Considering some of the latest OS X updates, there does not seem to be an addition of a new and unique feature. The third OS X 10.11.4 beta can be downloaded through the Apple Developer Center or you can also update from the software Update Mechanism, which you can find in the Mac App Store.
