If you thought the OnePlus 2 was one of the highest performing and low cost devices that you have ever come across, then you have yet to see the pricing details of Xiaomi Mi5. We stumbled across the leaked price tag of the upcoming flagship smartphone from aChinese firm, and just to keep you excited, this device will be well worth the wait.

Xiaomi Mi5 Pricing Details State That It Will Cost $399; Storage Details Have Not Been Provided

A leak originating from China states that the Xiaomi Mi5 is going to retail for $399 in the U.S. While the price tag is quite affordable, we did report earlier that the upcoming smartphone was going to be available to purchase in both the Snapdragon 810 and Snapdragon 820 variants, with the formerobviously being far cheaper. If this pricing leak is of the Snapdragon 820 variant, then smartphone consumers are in for a real treat.

In addition to featuring a Snapdragon 820 chip, it is expected that Xiaomi Mi5 is going to feature 4GB of RAM, coupled with a 1440p display, a 16MP rear shooter and a fingerprint scanner. However, one other detail that the leak mentioned was that the upcoming flagship smartphone will be IP67 certified, making it waterproof up to a certain depth.

By looking at the company’s previous flagship offerings, we can say for certain that Xiaomi Mi5 will not be sporting a MicroSD card slot and will most likely be shipped out in the 32 and 64GB capacity models. While the following has not been mentioned, it is possible that the leaked pricing details were that of the 32GB model, although confirmation of all these facts can only be given as we move closer and closer to the handset’s official announcement date.
